Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused, in the same condition as purchased, and securely wrapped in its original packaging, along with the original invoice.
• All tags, labels, and accompanying materials (including samples or booklets) must be intact.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to an issue from our side, please contact us within a reasonable time with supporting evidence (photos/videos) for review.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• All refunds will be issued to the same account and payment method used for the original purchase.
• All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including in cases of damaged or defective items.
• If a replacement or new order is requested, the shipping charges will be fully borne by the customer.
